Volunteering @ International Needs Australia

Many volunteer opportunities are available at our Melbourne office in North Blackburn. Our volunteers are a tremendous asset and help ensure that International Needs keeps costs to a minimum.

Opportunities include general administration, project management for overseas projects, the placing of outbound calls, writing reports, data entry, and participating in special events. Volunteer help is also required to support our Child Sponsorship stands in shopping centres. Internships are also available.

These provide Uni and TAFE students the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills gained from academic study to a planned and supervised work environment. This is a good way for young people to gain work experience and learn about development work and poverty alleviation.

We will try to match your unique talents and skills with the specific needs of our organisation. If you are handy/can travel to Blackburn North in Melbourne's eastern suburbs and would like to volunteer or intern at International Needs Australia, please complete and send the form to us at PO Box 121, Mitcham, VIC. 3132.
